Get a scale, weigh everything you eat, and log it. My advice is to eat what you have been eating, but less of it to meet your calories goal.

Eat less and/or move more you lose weight. Simple, what do you need motivation for?

Eat what you are eating now but less. Track everything you eat and log it. Buy a scale to weigh your food. Lots of people lose weight without changing what they eat, and only reducing the quantity.
