I always get a Venti Caramel Iced coffee with milk which is around 150-160. You can replace with skim milk if you want less calories, but I think it tastes WAY better with 2% And you can also get a smaller size..... I never do... I want alllllll the coffees.

This is by far my favorite thing on here.

I went to Denmark and Germany without mine.... and truthfully I'd do it again! He's a lazy bum, so I'd rather go with friends who would actually find fun things to do.

After a week of starting my grandma died and I ate like total crap and didn't exercise up til the funeral yesterday.... so I'm back to day 1 again today. I feel your pain... I could've been a few pounds lighter. Instead I probably gained a few back.

I've gone to the doctor for the exact same thing and they couldn't pin point an answer..... They thought it might be due to stress.... I've just started noticing it again this week and my grandma just died, so I think that might actually be it!
