Cheese is another one, especially cheddar... why does it have to be so dense!?

Yep, I'm usually up by 6am and at the gym by 6:30am.

Office job during the day, then I teach music for a few hours on an evening. I try to stretch my legs as often as I can, but I am still sat down for waaaay too long each day. I workout on a morning before work.

Often the hardest part is starting. Just do it, man... you can do it, so do it. Weigh and log your food, find some form of exercise that you enjoy and look forward to; it doesn't matter what it is. Pretty soon you'll get some momentum going and it gets a little bit easier. Then it's all down to discipline and determination…

PB is quite high calorie for the volume. So is bread IMO. I like to make omelettes using mostly egg whites with a tonne of onion, peppers & mushrooms to bulk it out.

Thanks. Nice pecs.

Most of the time, it depends if it fits with everything else for the day and sometimes I forget to add it when planning my day out, in which case I don't. Get yourself a really good quality non stick frying pan; it makes a huge difference. I can fry pretty much anything with no oil if I need to.

That's awesome man... I'm mirin your veins...

You can fit takeaway in your calories? Lucky you. But no it won't do any harm as long as you don't go over. And hey, even if you do it's just a couple of days; as long as it isn't a regular thing it won't really make any difference in the long run.

As above. A little bit of hunger is to be expected and you just have to learn to deal with it. But you can also try to get in more volumous foods like salad, soup and veg. You can bulk out a lot of recipes without adding too many calories by adding onions, mushrooms, broccoli and tinned tomatoes and stuff like that.

It sounds like you already know the answer. It's still cico, so you can either take in fewer calories (drink less) or burn off more (work out more). Ideally both.

I'm not a fan. I have no problem hitting my macros or feeling full/satisfied as a vegetarian. I love my diet.

I know this is totally unsolicited, sorry, but you will probably feel like complete crap for those 21 days. Is it really worth it just to meet some arbitrary challenge? Edit: This might be helpful though: https://www.reddit.com/r/vegetarianketo

Par for the course, we've all done stuff like that.

I wasn't even thinking about nutella until I read this. Now I really want some.

Avocado is also good.

Heavy deadlifts, squats, bench press and a calorie deficit. That's all I did. Haven't touched abs directly for years. Well, actually I've recently (2 weeks ago) added them in as part of a kind of experiment, but I'm not sure I want to keep doing them because I hate ab work.

I have 3 identical set of black shorts and black tshirts. I wore a vest the other week; it felt wrong.

Watch youtube videos, google weight training progams, speak to the staff at the gym. Try out the different machines/programs and see what you like. Don't stop learning. If you have specific questions ask in the fitness and exercise section.

I think what @sixel meant was animal products such as milk, cheese, eggs etc. not just meat products. If you still eat those you will be fine. Although it is perfectly possible to have a vegan diet without the need for supplements too if you do your research. Just don't cut out meat and do nothing else / carry on eating…

Lol... Are they on a flat surface? I realised the other day that where I put my scales isn't perfecty flat. Moved them a bit and lost 2lb. I've also recently learned that storing them on their side can throw them off, which I've always done... I also sometimes absent-mindedly down a load of water just before I weigh…

Making your own salads doesn't require much (if any) cooking skill and would be much cheaper. You can easily prepare them in advance and take them with you. I just had a quick salad for lunch/snack and it was 138cal.

Brain good.

Not true at all. Your metabolism is working 24/7. Meal timings don't make any appreciable difference. Eat when it suits you.

Ultimately you have to decide you want it more than the food. There are no tricks, secrets or easy ways out. It's hard... if it wasn't everyone would do it and it wouldn't be such a big deal. Exercise your willpower muscle and it will get stronger. Log in advance to plan your day and stick to the plan. Allow treats so you…

Take a bite and see what you think... you can always spit it out if it's bad.

That fat sounds very low, I'd be concerned about hormonal problems at that level. But I'm not a doctor or dietician or anything, Just some guy that's read that fat is important for hormones. Arla greek yoghurt and fage total 0% greek yogurt are very high in protein and low in fat. Cottage cheese is also good. Seitan - I…

No. Neither are fitbits from what I understand. There's no 100% accurate way to know how many calories you burn, but the best way is to log your food accurately and consistently and watch the scale over a long period of time. 1lb of fat = 3500 calories. So if on average you're losing 1lb over 7 days that's 3500/7 = 500…

"Hey hubby, back off with the pills already". Sorry It's hard to give advice on this sort of thing, I'd just be persisitant with him and try not to let it get to you. He is trying to help so try not to get annoyed, just calmly stand your ground and either he'll get the message, or you'll reach your goal and the problem…
