Perhaps you have tight hamstrings and hip flexors. I used to be the same but i pushed through, by doing loads of stretching and foam rolling and am pain free now. Also it could mean you are weak quads / hamstrings... Try doing wall squats with a folded up towel held with your knees, and build up your time from there and…

I've just bought Shred it with weights and it is great. Her form is good except the kbell swings she does near the end of workout 2.. never round your back or put your head inbetween your legs - WTF?? Other than that, I think JM rocks!
