  • Are you all doing the original P90X or P90X3? I've done P90X3 completely 3x now and love it. I've had a lot of success with it even with the shorter workouts.

  • I've lost 45 pounds since late October 2014 by changing why/what I eat, using MFP, doing the classic schedule of P90X3 (2x), and walking/running/riding as much as possible. I suggest a good balance of card and weights in addition to changing the way you eat. Congrats on your wedding and good luck!
  • Same here. I do P90X3 because I like the balance of weights, cardio, flexibility, and balance. In addition to that, I also run, bike (road and mtn), hike, and swim - but that's because I enjoy those things.
