Thank you all for your responses. I'm being very careful to log everything I eat and drink. I am on thyroid meds but they don't seem to be helping me much as far as all of the symptoms that go with it. My doctor insists on waiting 6 months before he increases any meds. He won't even have me do any new bloodwork until then.…
