Dropping 20 lb in two weeks doesn't seem like the most achievable of goals. Edit: NVM, read your post wrong. 20lb in Three months sounds very do-able.

Agreed

I wish I lived somewhere that flat, riding outside I average about 700 ft of elevation every 10 miles around here. I'm actually doing my "Endurance" training on my rollers because when I ride outside on the rolling hills it pretty much becomes "Interval" training. Back on topic though, how are you getting your calories?
-
That's a pretty impressive pace!
-
The epic beard wouldn't be as effective.
-
That does seem pretty high, but just don't eat all of them back. I'm having the same issue with my strava estimates, I just don't eat all of them back, and adjust my food based off my weight loss averaged over a month. In my humble opinion, the best estimate of calories burned on a bike would be with a power meter. HRM…
-
Is this gif you?
-
Nah, you gotta sterilize your food in bleach.
-
Maybe over-estimating your exercise as well. Since you're not into weighing your food, I'd either try to eat less or do more cardio.
-
I love Diet Dew, but a lot of restaurants don't have it. :'(
-
Black coffee or diet pepsi
-
Yes, sugar from fruit is still sugar. My diary is open, I eat a lot of fruit, all of it is logged.
-
Is 1380 close enough? I bike at least 5 times a week too.
-
I agree about not logging your lifting for extra calories. You're probably burning only 100-200 calories anyway.
-
Is there a way to get these pre-formatted out of strava or do i have to type them out?
-
I got mine with 40k and a brand new engine, i sold it around 140k and the compression was still good. I did go through three sets of coils and plugs though in that time.
-
That does seem pretty high for cycling. What was your average speed? How long where you biking?
-
I would adjust them manually, but I don't have a good idea of what they actually are, so I'm just going to leave them as is for now and not eat them back for the most part. It's probably good to have a cushion for going out with my wife and friends.

This seems kinda like a trap, so here is my answer:

Nice, I used to have an RX8, it was a 2005 Shinka. I traded it in last year for this: Pic of the RX8 before i sold it:

Ok, but in a typical "low carb" diet, you get less than 25% of you caloric intake from carbs. While I agree that you can be a vegetarian and get less carbs(less than 50% of your intake), I don't think a low carb diet is sustainable since your calories would have to come mostly from dairy sources, tofu, or eggs if she can…
-
They do, but it's the best thing I can think of for a vegetarian. I was mostly trying to list foods that have something besides pure carbs. I honestly don't know of things that are completely carb free that aren't meat, fish, or dairy(Cottage Cheeze, Whey Protein, butter) I mostly want an answer to the low carb question.
-
Also nuts
-
Why do you think you need to go low carb? To answer your questions: Beans, Tofu, Avocados, Dairy. Can you eat eggs?
-
MFP has me around 1380 right now, so I'm pretty close. My diary is open if you want to look.
-
Make sure to scrub it down with bleach so you can eat clean.
-
I see you love WRX, but why is your profile pic a Civic?
-
I tend to agree with Rich Piana that real food is better.
-
That's good to know. I want to start keeping track of my weight training in MFP, but didn't want to screw up my diary even more then Strava(cycling) is already doing.
-
I wouldn't worry about it since strength training doesn't really burn very many calories.
