  • I'm still having to modify quite a bit and was actually thinking yesterday that I was I frustrated that I wasn't feeling stronger than I am. I know, all in good time. One day at a time and all that.
  • Mine arrived on Saturday so I've started using it. The sleep tracking was very in accurate last night. I woke up several times but fell back to sleep pretty quickly but it doesn't show that. I'll read more about it and keep trying it.
  • I won't be taking two rest days. I feel like a main component of the program is 6 days of workouts. If I combine them I'll just do both any time one is listed.
  • I think they could be combined into one but I haven't done it yet. At the end of lower body she says you can just continue on into upper body. I think the upper body workout is really missing a warm up so after the first time, I started with the lower body warm up and then did the upper body work out. It just didn't feel…
  • I'm a week into PiYo and it's not a huge calorie burner but it is hard for me. It's strength and flexibility and I would think it's a good addition to any cardio program. The stretching feels great and I can feel that I'm stronger a few days in.

  • I started PiYo on 10/30 and I like it. Planning to give it the full 60 days. I'm way overweight and terribly out of shape. I find some of the things hard to do but with the modifications that are shown on the DVD I can usually get it done. I don't love the triceps pushups but I know they are going to make me stronger. I…
