Today is week 1 day 1 of Beta. My husband and I completed it back in April, but we love it so much, we're doing it again. Love Shaun T! I did 2 workouts from H&C over the weekend. The Masters Cardio is 18 mins but intense and Chisel Balance, my legs were on fire! I cannot wait to start it!

Obviously the Beachbody coaches and stuff will say yes, but I'm not going to. I have my own protein shake I've been using. I think you can get the same results with counting calories and using the workouts.

Hi! I just got my package last week, but we're not starting until February or so. We're in the middle of completing T25 for a 2nd time! I've done the extra cardio disc and the 10 min abs - both intense! I can't wait to start!

My muscle tone has improved so much. Before, I had zero muscles in my arm, and couldn't do a regular push-up. Now, I can see the definition in my arms and I can do 2-3 real push-ups in a row. Beta and Gamma are where you start to see muscle. I'm in Gamma and for most of the workouts, I don't put down my weights.

Yes. I love T25. With cooldown, it's 28ish minutes, but I stretch and cooldown by myself. But the full workout is 25 minutes. I did find it effective. I went from 160.8 lbs at the beginning and I currently weigh 146 lbs and on the 2nd option of Gamma. I did NOT follow the mealplan with it, nor did I start using Shakeology…

I'm the same as the katalina. Each new phase, I spent watching the first couple moves of each exercise to get the hang of it. Thinking "Dang, there's no way I can do that!"
