I've read this entire thread and I'm eager to start this. I just have a very stubborn 5-10 to go and the holidays slowed me down a bit. I'll probably re-read this thing again before I start. I'll make sure to measure at the beginning as well. Should be fun to watch the changes.

I did this in September and felt so empowered! It's helped me be more occasional drink night rather than occasional day off. I may join you for this last bit of November holiday or not! In September I even went out to a bar with friends and only had a cranberry juice. I still had fun! Will you guys also be doing December?…

I've been running since spring. I was aiming for a 5k this fall but it didn't pan out. I have managed to finally get to the point of NOT feeling like I'm dying when I run now which is nice. Also, don't need any breaks anymore. I can run 4.5 miles straight now and I'm thinking about longer runs on weekends. It's cool to see…

I did it for the month of September. It really helped to see better weight loss results for me. So many empty calories and the ultimate non-motivator for exercise. I may do it again after the holidays. Good luck. It gets easier each day.

Doing an ab challenge. Bruised my freaking tailbone so bad I could only do the crunches on day two and three. Got a yoga mat, so today was a rest day but I did some regular sit-ups to catch up. Tailbone is much better on the mat! Onward!

Not sure how I'll get my running in once we fall back an hour. I'm considering a lunchtime run a couple of days during the week so I'm not sure what to set for a goal. I'm scared of losing all my progress. I finally run without feeling like I'm gonna die!
