Same thing happens to me. Mostly in winter when I start out cold and then get sweaty. I had no idea what it was at first. It was all over my back and stomach. It doesn't always happen so I don't take the medicine because more often it would be a waste of time to take.

Finished day 10 level 2! I never got this far before and I'm determined to finish this baby. I already have ripped in 30 to do next and I'm actually looking forward to it.

My sister and I are planning an epic hike while turkey cooks to burn as many calories as possible. We're doing a practice run this weekend as well to bak some up early. I'll log, but taste everything in moderation if I can.

Yesterday was day five of level two. I mix in with cardio on some days so this is taking a while. I may look into Ripped in 30 or just start this one over again after I do all 30 workouts. I'm on day four of level two. The first few days into it, I could barely squat down to sit on the toilet! Going down any stairs was soooo painful. All legs! I use calisthenics push-ups - it's a little cardio too, but I alternate JM with an elliptical day that I call all cardio. Calories may be a little less, but that's a bonus.

I'm on level 2 day three. Doing it every other day. I curse at JM during level two for all the planks. I was so sore at first with level one. I haven't seen a huge difference yet, but I did measure my arms, legs etc. so it will be interesting to see what the results are. I swear to finish all three levels!
