I have to say, I'm not a fan of the changes to MFP - the loss of the News Feed is a big negative, it's how I stayed connected with my friends. Anyone else feeling disconnected here?

  • When you want to snack, tell yourself your only options are fruit or vegetables. I tell myself that "no one gets fat eating fruit and vegetables" and I shouldn't put a limit on it. In the end I find that they really fill me up and I don't actually eat that much to satisfy the craving.
