There's no quick fix to your weight issue unfortunately. Fad diets are only going to help you temporarily because you need an eating habit that will help you lose AND maintain for the rest of your life. I don't think a pound a day is realistic unless you plan to starve yourself, which is actually pretty counterproductive…

A typical breakfast for me would include 3 egg whites, 2 slices turkey bacon, half of a plain baked sweet potato, and some sliced cucumbers.
