Day 6 abs and legs complete! Whilst my squats today my mum made a remark about me having "squeaky shoes". I explained it was in fact my knees lol!

I'm all for eating healthy but I am wondering if your health kicks are too restrictive? I have found in the past to restrict treats makes me crave them in an unhealthy way. I am on a deficit atm and understand that some days will be easier than others. If on a troublesome day I may somewhat binge eat and I make sure I pick…

Day 4 abs and legs complete! The double leg lifts are killers and my knees creak doing squats, but I still love seeing what my body can do! Bring on day 5!

Day 2 of abs and legs complete! I can really feel it in my thighs this morning.... shows it is working! I am finding the double leg lifts the hardest so far but I am enjoying discovering what my body can do!

I'm 32 years old and from the UK. Height is 5'7. Current weights is 150 Goal weight is 136 Ultimate goal weight is 126. My exercise is mostly using a rower. Will also be using an aerobics step when it arrives :-)
