Thanks everyone :) In the first week I was doing the ab challenge immediately followed by 2 sets of the love handle challenge, but today I had a break between the two sets of the latter. I figured as it is getting intense, it is better to divide the sets up so I am able to do a better job of it rather than reverting to 5…

Is anyone else doing 2 sets a day of the Love Handles challenge? It says to do 2 sets for week 1-3 and 3 sets for week 4 and 5 (didn't realise there were 5 weeks in February haha), or have I got this wrong? You are all doing great by the way! Woo hoo :)

I managed to injure my calf the other day so the remainder of the bootcamp challenge is off for me. I will continue with the countdown challenge minus the leg work. Well done to everyone who has made it this far!

I hear you, it sounds like you have a similar form of asthma as me. Cold/flu and the change in seasons are the main triggers along with what the doctor thinks may be a dust mite allergy, hence I use a preventer to keep it under control. @Skipper111 Thank you! I'm counting the challenges as "Circuit training- general". I don't believe the amount of calories burned it comes up with are too accurate but I like to keep a record. Hope this helps :)

Day 3 and 4 done today! I am having a rest day tomorrow and hate feeling that I am falling behind! I still hate mountain climbers but found I like skaters- great fun whilst listening to the radio :D

@Skipper111 I find keeping the Christmas treat food out of view helps- I have a special cupboard for that so I don't keep seeing it every time I go to the kitchen, and cheese and cream etc is kept in a box at the back of the fridge- "Out of sight, out of mind" :smile:
