the good old layering works, first few winter runs I over dressed and wasnt't able to dress down so it sucked! it will be a bit of trial and error on what you need for your body. Running spikes are a must! I also seem to do better with a light weight buff over my face. Other days I just embrace the treadmill!!

I;ve gotten some good key running pieces from the local goodwill- was surprised at the amount of 'work out' clothing there! so awesome!! love that you were active before and now you can feel the difference loosing the weight makes! I often think, if I had to wear the weight I've lost so far (83lbs) for a day- I honestly wouldn't make it! Imagine going on that hike, caring a 75+back pack! Keep up the awesome work!!

I like to throw a high calorie day in there once in a while- kinda changes things up a bit- I always have a nice drop- but then do go back to my "regular" calories.
