I did the double workout back to back this morning. I really struggled with the last half of Cardio. I was just so tired from the Lower Body workout. I might try next week to split them up. One in the morning and one at nap time.

Ugh. Finished Total Body Circuit. It is awful! I had to modify most of the plank variations.

Well, I woke up nice and sore this morning. I did Speed 1.0 and wow, that made yesterday's Cardio look easy. I am just too uncoordinated! lol Tomorrow's Total Body is going to be a beast! I am still loving it though!

I just started T25 this morning. I loved the first workout. I can't wait to keep going!
