You'll get more comfortable with each workout. Remember, when you are struggling for balance you are getting a great core workout.

Lifted weights off and on most of my life. I always had nagging injuries, have used the total gym for 14 months now. I love, love it. You control the resistance as well as the range of motion. I still do cardio but the total gym is my main stay. I have made great progress in the last year, including losing over 40 lbs.

I confess that I know that I am old, but my mind won't let me accept it. I also confess that I try really hard to be the best everything I do to a fault. Don't misunderstand, I realize there is massive room for improvement. lol

You are doing tremendous! Everyone will have their own time frame to which they weigh and take photos. I wouldn't weigh over once every other day, and wouldn't take over one photo a week if you are using them as a guide to how you are doing.
