Yep its really annoying! I did find a way around it though. Enter your recipe and hit save. Go into mfp and edit the recipe. Change the serving size to anything (as long as its different to what it was). Save it. Then edit the recipe again by changing the serving size to the correct number you want and save. It then saves…

Yeah Its crazy how much of an impact sodium has! I tried shakes in the past and didn't really like the taste, although it was only one brand. Maybe I should try another one. I've never really been a crisps fan, I'll always pick sugar over savory. I'm so bad!. Although a donut sounds good haha :P damn being on a diet!

just manually change ur cals, so instead of x pounds per day just change to target cals ( your goal cals +500) :)
