Can't get tech help when they're saying my email or password is incorrect. Gosh, I'm already logged in. Having to log in daily is a nuisance. It was bad enough getting logged out once a month, but daily?

Durden, the link you posted doesn't take us to support at all. And once I found WHERE to report something, it's AGAIN asking for my email address and password. THEN it tells me that one or the other is wrong. Seriously? Already logged in and can't log in. (sigh)

For a couple of days now. It started when they did their monthly logging everyone out. I have to log in every time I come to the site. I've asked on their facebook page if they'll look into it.

I have waited for 5 months. I've asked both Samsung and mfp over on facebook. Samsung says it's up to mfp and mfp says it's up to Samsung.
