Went from 3-5 minutes rowing vigorously this week. My goal is eventually to be able to row for the gym stated max 30 minutes. Such amazing cardio but should create amazing arms too. :wink:

Absolutely love the pumpkin spice lattes and gingerbread lattes. I am pretty sure they put crack in them because I have the hardest time staying away. However, I only allow myself 1-2 per week now when my habit was 1 (and even sometimes 2x) per day, every day! Eventually I would like to avoid them completely. Baby Steps :)
