Great to see all of you!!! I'm on vacation just where the tropical storm is located. Boo! But we're staying, nonetheless, and hoping for the best. Today, we're going to the movies. I won't weigh in until next week. Thanks to everyone for posting!

Thanks for your comment. I don't know if I mentioned but it also gave me a weird feeling like I needed to stretch my legs often- just weird. A few years ago I was on it and didn't have too many issues, but this time around, it was not good (just like you said).

What I did differently is cut alcohol out for five days and had simple meals like a bowl of soup and eggs for breakfast. (Calories reduced)

I went to Pilates tonight. I really loved it - one hour went fast. I stretched and felt it in my legs and abs. I will do that again!!
