@nanabanana39 I am not a fan of exercising, which is why I usually stick to walking workouts!! Lol I'm trying to do more, though!!! @musicfan4life30 you will get that 1.3 off, gymnastics and cheerleading sound fun!!

I had a 2.4 lb loss this week, and I did get in some workouts, including a 2 mile walk today!

Yesterday I did 1.7 miles with little to no knee pain at the end!! I will do the same today. Outside walk, my favorite!!!

Definitely in with the "All In" Challenge-I'm going to be all in with my exercising-I have my DVD player set up now in a dedicated room so I have NO excuses!! Goal is 29 days since I missed the 1st day. :)

I went old school this morning and pulled out my first Leslie DVD-2 mile Express. I only did 20 minutes, though-pesky old work gets in the way!!! :-)
