Skyr is absolutely delicious - it's a low-fat, high protein wonder food from Iceland, that tastes like yoghurt but is actually closer to a soft, creamy cheese. It's extremely healthy - I eat a small carton (just 97 calories) of Vanilla Skyr every day for dessert :)
