Map My Ride/Map My Walk has varying levels of House Work and Yard Work (Mowing lawn, etc.) listed as a type of workout. It's up to you. I consider mowing and weed whacking or mowing and fertilizing my lawns a workout and log them as such. I walk more than a mile and half doing so, heart rate is somewhere between 95 - 110…

Greetings. I've not dropped 100 pounds yet, only 83. Diet & exercise. Reduce calories. Increase exercise. I've done the Atkins induction diet off and on for 2 years, really watch my carb intake, and continue to increase the exercise. Good luck, you can do it.

Greetings. They get good reviews. More of an "Activity tracker" than a "Fitness/exercise watch" (Like a Garmin FR210/610).
