  • I'm a night shifter, so I have my diary set up in 6 hour blocks - 0000-0600, 0600-1200, 1200-1800, and 1800-2359. It makes more sense to me than breakfast lunch dinner with my schedule. My calories are counted from midnight to midnight - so my lunch at 2 am is usually my first meal of the day in mfp.
