I'm a stay at home mom. So it's easier for me.. I jump outta bed and first thing put my work out clothes & shoes on. And that motivates me to make sure I get my work out in. :smiley: and by noon I'm done.

I have Fitbit sync to MyFitnessPal and it always seems to add extra calories on top of what I know that I burned to my calorie count. Should I just stop syncing it and add it manually what im doing in cardio or strength training? Tks for any help you can give me

I've used my fitbit each time I do the video. Seems pretty accurate each time. I'm doing the 2 mile walk right now and my fb shows I've burned anywhere from 280 - 290. I have the charge hr and really like it.

I got the fitbit hr and I'm not sure why it's sync's fitness when I'm just doing my normal activity for the day and then when I actually do the exercise that adds even more in bringing my calorie count up for the day. Not sure this is right?
