Totally agree, ps I love you picture and the motivational statement, very true

And "Don't do anything to lose weight that you don't want to do forever". I’ve also found being 100% honest with my logging keeps me from “blowing the diet” I’m eating this way for life, not in a diet. I’ve had days where I’ve eaten 4000 plus calories and I’ve logged them and enjoyed them (Christmas), but at the end of the…

The most important thing I've learned in this journey is that weight loss is NOT linear. There are going to be good days, bad days and days in-between. What makes you a success or a a failure is how you react to them.

I maybe my last drop off of big clothes. I’ve gone from UK size 24-26 in August 2016 to UK 10-12 (US 6-8) today. I have been buying new clothes as I went and taking my too big clothes to charity so no going back! I don’t want to get any smaller, just tone up, I hope to stay a 10-12 so weird feeling this is my forever…

Hi sorry I wasn’t clear. 10 minute solutions is a series of exercise dvds that is broken down into 5 10 minute sections, you can do just 10 minutes, mix and match the sections, or as I do use it as one complete 50 minute workout
-
Well done, that’s awesome!
-
I love 10 Minute Solution - Ultimate Kettleball Fat Burner [DVD] on amazon, intense 50 minute workout, I use 10lb kettlebell and feel the burn! Great results

Way to go, tanks for posting, very inspiring. Thanks also for graph, I’m at the slow down point, frustrating but calling it recomp! You have done amazing!

Now I’m hungry!

I’m sorry you experienced that. People say what they like about your body without thinking. I’ve had more comments on my body now after losing 103lbs than when I’ve been overweight my whole life. My cheek bones have just been uncovered and my face can appear a bit drawn when tired, but I’ve still got lower body fat to…

Jealous of OPs abs!

Hi, I feel your frustration. I also check in daily, but chart weekly. If there’s an unexplained spike it messes with your head, I have to trust the process and hope it will even out soon. I hope you legs feel better, wearing in new shoes is no fun
-
Too true. No going back, well done OP! Goodwill great for in between sizes and good to give back when too big, you’ve done great!

NSV 1 - I had my belly pierced after losing 102lbs as nearing maintenance. As part of belly ring care I noticed a pulse in my abdomen that I have not been aware of before. I’m a nurse (and a hypochondriac!) and I’m aware that it could by an abdominal aneurysm so I asked one of my medical consultant colleagues if it was…

10 minute solutions kettle bell dvd is great, 5 x 10 minute sessions or use it complete as 50 minute intense work out, got great arm definition and strength using 10lb kettlebell. It can be used with dumb bells also. I use it 2-3 times a week and find it a challenging workout.
