My hysterectomy is scheduled for May 9, pre-op May 4, sue to prolapsed uterus. They will remove uterus, cervix & tubes, leaving ovaries. Life is very busy and haven't done any kind of exercise in months. I'm have about 60#s to lose. I am very concerned with weight gain after the surgery.

I'm from Southern IL (Union county). My son is 23 and my daughter is 9. I'm new to the forums of MFP. Definitely could use more supportive friends in losing about 60 pounds.
