Same for me! I`m stalled with 25lbs still to lose!! I wok days, i`m eating really healthy, and working out, but sometimes, i just loose the motivation. I`m 32/F leaving in Montreal, Canada. I`m two years with my boyfriend, who eats anything and stays skinny! So I cannot relate to him at all. Hope we can help each other!…

Apples and almond butter; hummus and veggies; ricotta and pita; avocado; hard boiled eggs; berries and greek yogurt; a bag of fresh veggies; all great snacks that keep cravings down! Works for me!

Hi there, Keeping a food diary also works for me. I have eliminated all alcohol, bread white rice, white pasta from my diet. And it works. Always having a water bottle next to me also. Working out atleast 4 times a week to keep that weight off. Good luck

Hi, I'm 5"10, I weight 200. My goal is 175-165lbs, I have already lost 60lbs in the last 4 years. BUt have reached a plateau. I work out 4 times a week, spinning, piloxing and zumba toning! I eat about 1400-1500 calories, I do not increase my calories on the days that I work out!
