  • Thanks. That what I have been doing. Going for walks in the evening, and walking and using the stairs at work. I am nausous, so I have not been eating that much. Drinking alot of water also, which helps.

  • Day off from the gym today due to appointment with my dentist after work. stepped on the scale last night before my work out. Weight is the same, but lost another 2 pounds of body fat, and took 3 pounds of lean fat! So happy with my results. Did my daily walk up to my work! Have a great day everyone

  • If gym is closed, outside is a no go due to the weather, and my cycling bike is busted, then its my boxing bag, my bands, and free weights. For cardio, I also jump rope, jumping jacks, sit up, push up, squats. I try to be creative! Yoga at home also to help with flexibility.
