So true. Favorite childhood cereal. I still buy them, and once in a while I'll have a bowl. My boyfriend loves them, and my niece calles them the colored cereal :)

same here. In Quebec we have amazing breweries, and the festivals are starting next week, almost one evry second week ends! i love stouts and since losing weight i have two or three small glasses versus what used to be 6-8 glasses

I also walk alot, I linked my pedometer (or use a walking app from your phone) with MFP, and it will log in how many calories lost for the amount of steps taken!

Vega. I add it to my overnight oats, or just mix it up with pineapple juice for a quick intake of protein when I know I did not get enough during the day (especially after a work out)
