Cut down the carbs to UNDER 20 grams a day 5 days a week. EAT A TON OF FAT and I mean...Oil, real butter and heavy cream. Some protein, like 60/70 grams. You will see the weight MELT off you. Drink 3 or 4 liters of water. Try it for 3 days :) That's how I lost 50 pounds.Good luck

Quest bar and a protein shake is sometimes breakfast. QB and a salad is sometimes lunch or dinner..By itself..def a post workout or a 3 pm "Im so bored at the office..Is it 5 yet SNACK!!!!!!

Kale salad with cucumbers, hardboiled egg, olive oil and a tiny sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Coconut chips drizzled with a tiny weeny bit of dark chocolate for dessert….

2 eggs, 1 mashed banana, a dash of cinnamon, vanilla, 1/2 tsp of baking soda. Bake @ 350. Makes superexcellent muffins, pankakes or even banana bread. You can add protein powder if you like.....

Add some iceberg lettuce and a zucchini in your blender when you make yourself a protein/fruit smoothie. It will not alter the taste and add fiber but not calories or carbs. I also add shredded zucchini and flax meal to all my baked goods, scrambled eggs etc... Good luck !

If you drop DAIRY, SALT and SUGAR (Including) for a few days you will lose it. When you crave sweets, there are plenty of brownie, cookie,etc recipes online made with protein powder, coconut oil..I just make big batches of them etc.... Hope it works for you too
