  • Anything over 2 lbs a week is really good. Any more than that and is most likely just water weight, or even worse, muscle loss! What do your macro's look like, what kind of foods are you eating? A calorie is a calorie, but macros and the quality of the food you eat can sometimes determine what happens with those calories.…
