That was the best and hardest change I've made so far. It took about 3 weeks for me to not have the urge for my 2pm Coke. Best of luck!

I work at a hotel and there are constantly leftovers in the break room. I cannot stop at one goodie so I usually picture how many people touched the food (or sneezed on it if I'm really having a hard time resisting) before it made its way there.
