Busy mom here too and also returning recently to MFP. The only time I've successfully shed weight was by eating everyday food but in moderation so that is my plan again this time. Feel free to add me!

@tmharrison1985 , I started on Jan 15, 2016 and I had shed 50lbs by the beginning of June. Then another 20lbs between then and now. Best of luck to you!

Hello Dani and everyone else! I have about 50 lbs to go and have already lost 59 lbs. My diary is open but I don't eat like I'm on a diet so if seeing pizza and fries is going to make you crave them it is best not to look.

For me when I am around the banquet food that is left over I picture someone has sneezed all over it or touched it after not washing hands after using the bathroom. Works for me quite well.

MFP has worked better for me as an online tool. Down 55lbs and counting. If you need the accountability of going to meetings and weighing, then WW would be the better option. Why not give MFP a try and see how you like it before paying for a program!

Chips, popcorn, and French fries. Two of those I can usually eat in moderation but the chips I have to avoid. Betcha can't eat just one definitely applies to me.
