Red wine. There are some meals I just can't eat without it, steak or venison for example.

Milk makes me crave everything. Cereal, bread, crackers, baked goods. Learning to let it go by using unsweetened almond milk.

Creamy curry butter sauces at the Indian restaurant. Can easily fit 1,500 kCal onto a delicious plate. But I don't do it often, and that's what exercise is for. :)

I enjoy my martinis and wine - it has become almost a norm to have one at dinner. Here lately though I have been trying to replace with hot herbal tea but sometimes that just isn't enough.

Absolutely italian food. I would eat a cigarette if you dipped it in garlic butter.

....also alcohol. All of it >.>

Chips, popcorn, and French fries. Two of those I can usually eat in moderation but the chips I have to avoid. Betcha can't eat just one definitely applies to me.

...I'm getting the impression alcohol - of some sort - wrecks our days! Lmao! At least I'm not the only one. Don't they have low calorie drinks nowadays?
