Totally being able to put both fist on top of each other inside my jeans with room at the waist. My hips still hold them up so I will keep wearing them but it is nice.4

My latest victory is gerring to the gym today when I was exhausted and almost fell asleep right before. And I killed it.4

I wore a shirt one size smaller today and it looked good. I just tried on the next size in jeans. They fit (but with a big muffin top). I'll continue to wear the bigger ones for a bit, but excited the smaller ones fit.3

I was able to zip up a dress I wore at age 17 to a highschool dance yesterday!
It was WAY tighter than it was at 17 (still have about 20# to go), but IT ZIPPED!3 -
I'm seeing my collar bone for the first time in a long time (10+ years)! I can't stop touching it7

I was putting on moisturizer this morning and was shocked to feel my cheekbone!!4

I can feel myself getting stronger, pushing myself further in my workouts. My shirts are literally falling off my shoulders, i will have to buy new clothes now And i can actually see a difference in my body now. My stomach isn't round!2

I ran a 5k yesterday, without stopping or walking. A year ago, I ran 2 or 3 blocks to get to a store before it closed, and it was all I could do. Yesterday I could have gone further if I'd had more time. If you'd told the old me that I'd be able to run, I never would have believed you.6

No hands a long time and a fast pace (compared) on the elliptical1

I managed 5 unassisted bodyweight squats yesterday after not being able to manage even one last week (and struggling with wall squats) and I did 10 minutes on the eliptical without stopping (started a month or so back a less than 1 minute)3

Put my old Ralph Lauren Polo on this morning, and it fits! Half a stone around the midriff makes such a difference.1

Mountain biking like a beast in much higher altitude than I'm used to.2

Being able to lift up and empty 15 huge bags of garden waste [which I had filled by gardening] into the recycling skip at the local amenity tip. People offered to help because I'm nearly 70 and it was good to be able to say - thanks very much but I'm fine. I could never have done that last year when shortie me was 40lbs heavier.3
