Being able to lift up and empty 15 huge bags of garden waste [which I had filled by gardening] into the recycling skip at the local amenity tip. People offered to help because I'm nearly 70 and it was good to be able to say - thanks very much but I'm fine. I could never have done that last year when shortie me was 40lbs heavier.

    Cool!

Finally fitting into a dress that I bought for a wedding last year. The wedding came and went, but I kept the dress hanging within my view because I had wanted it to fit so badly. Just tried it on yesterday and it was perfect! So pretty. Too formal for a dinner out, tags are still on it, so I guess I can ebay it now.

Having my pants slip down walking away from a playdate...Maybe not a victory, kind of embarrassing, but knowing your pants are too big priceless!

Someone told me last night that they could see my work-outs were working. Not that I was getting skinnier, but that I was getting buffer. Woo Hoo!

A 5-mile hike that has always been a struggle for me was easy when I did it a couple weeks ago. I didn't have to stop once when I usually have to stop 2-4 times.

Totally being able to put both fist on top of each other inside my jeans with room at the waist. My hips still hold them up so I will keep wearing them but it is nice.

So many jokes. Don't want to get banned.

Which is why I clarified at the waist. Haha!
