I've found that Greek yogurt, a small scoop of peaunut butter, some crushed peanuts and pine nuts, and a cup of berries have helped me to stay satiated longer. don't feel as snacky mid am. it's a little higher in calories but then I don't feel as hungry at lunch so it balances out.

The shredded mango salad is fantastic too! Summer rolls are really good too, especially if they have a good peanut sauce.

Hi Folks, I'm fairly new to MFP. Been using the phone app for about 10 days. been managing fairly well and have been shedding some weight. I also have started the Wheat belly "diet" as well. Not totally cutting all greains, just wheat. I find that it's been helping as well. anyhow, just wanted to pop in and say hi! Keep up…
