I take magnesium daily and use Smooth Move tea as needed.... it works wonders!!

I have celiac disease and thyroid issues (which I now know where caused by the undiagnosed celiac disese). I have resolved my gut issues but going gluten free did not change my weight. I was eating pretty healthy anyway.

I would tell you to do something else with your cardio. If I only do cardio I maintain my weight but if I do something else (currently doing Jillians 30 day shred) I lose weight. I cut back my cardio to 15 to 30 minutes a day. I also only eat back half of my earned calories. Good luck!

Just out of curiosity do you have Celiac Disease? I recognize all the other issues you have and wondered? Congrats on your loss :)
