That's so good. I'm a 5k runner and happy with that so to get through a half marathon is brilliant and to improve your time even better.

After several abdominal surgeries, a c section and a ruptured ectopic where speed was more important than making a neat incision to stop me bleeding out I had come to terms with my half beachball "pooch". Sit ups, crunches and jillian michaels hadn't managed to tone it and I was ok with that as I'm happy and healthy and…

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have had a miscarriage, an ectopic and lost one of a pair of twins in the womb, but as bad as they were they were nothing compared to what you have been through. I can only send hugs and say that you ARE allowed to be happy, so find an activity you enjoy and refuse to feel guilty about it.…

Miscarriage after 4 years then another 6 years before a very generous donor helped us have our darling - but I did have endometriosis and lots of abdominal surgery including losing and ovary in that time

The jeans I put away over a year ago because they were too small all fit again. The new running capris I got for spring had to go back for a smaller size. I WANTED to go for a run rather than eat sweets and biscuits when i got annoyed earlier all in all a good day

Feeling so good at the end of my 5k run this morning that I managed to Sprint the last 100m.

Hi Annaliza. I was just looking into starting yoga to compliment my running so your suggestion of starting 30 days is great and I would love to join you. Jus

Having suffered with endo I know how demoralising it can be when the pain is so bad that you aspire to standing up straight never mind starting to run, congrats for being in remission, getting off your meds (been there too) and getting moving.

Day 4 level 2 done. Still not lost 2 of the 4lbs I gained when I started 30days but I am feeling more like I will make it to level 3.

Day 3 level 2 done with a mix of modified and advanced. Easier than day 1 so I hope I'm getting better xox

Hi Marks and Spencer have normal bra style sports bras including high impact ones, when I went past an outlet on Friday they had them in with a 20% discount
-
I like M and S high impact sports bra's, they quite often have them in at my local outlet store and when I was in on Friday they has another 20% off their sports wear.

Day 5 done and my knees are beginning to hurt. Not sure if that's jillian fault or because I have new running shoes.

I just kept telling myself the only way I could fail was if I didn't do anything, if I needed to walk the whole way then so be it I'd run some the next time but I would go round my route lol. And it's COLD out there lol

Hi. Congrats on your little one and on getting to week 6 c25k. You are doing really well to keep on the programme so far. I finished it last July but it's not so long ago that I don't know how difficult it is to get out and run. I looked at the schedule for each week and thought I can't do that - but I did and I loved it…

Day 4 done with a 5 k run this morning - and a day grocery shopping with mum
-
Day 3 completed, I woke up dreading it as I was still sore even after having a rest day, but surprised myself by finding it a bit easier than days 1 and 2. I am still doing the modified push ups but I'm not really worried about going onto the full version as shoulder injury left me a bit lacking in strength in my left arm…

I go for a 5k run 4 or 5 times a week which I love as it's my me time to get my head straight for the work I need to get done and it gets me out of the house and into the fresh, and very cold at the moment, air.
-
Thanks for the reminder just when I needed it. I've managed to put on 4 lbs since Sunday and was feeling a bit down - more exercising, calories within target and putting weight on grrrr
-
Well I managed day 2 even though the bicycle crunches nearly killed me. A rest day tomorrow for me before back to it on Thursday.

Oh. My. Aching. Legs. And. Abs. I haven't felt like this since c25k week 1 and hadn't done any running for 25 years. Looking forward to my 5k run in a couple of hours. My weather app says it should have warmed up to freezing by then. I'm starting to doubt my sanity especially when I will be doing day 2 right after I get…

Day 1 done - I love the cardio, struggle with the abs and my legs are still burning from the squats etc. I go running 5 days a week so was going to try and fit it in on the same days so I can have 2 complete rest days a week but may have to reassess that lol. Looking forwards to tomorrow

Name - Justine Height - 5'2 Highest weight - 140 lbs Current weight - 121 lbs Goal weight - 115 lbs Hi all. I put on a stone over Xmas and new year 2013 and have spent the last year sort of trying to lose it until I caught sight of myself in a restaurant mirror last October and nearly cried. Since then I have properly been…

Me too, I run around my village from home and back again and just about to try 30 day shred for the first time

The jeans that I couldn't bear to throw away when I put weight on, you know them they make your legs look longer and leaner and your bum look pert, well they fit again. Happy dance
