You're still so young. :) There's plenty of time to find the right one. I don't think you should put an age limit on it. I feel like that about some of my early relationships... if only I did this or that. Happy now though.

Depends which fitbit you get. There is a new one coming that measures your heart rate called 'charge hr'. Search fitbit review on youtube and you can get a good run down of what the current models do.

Christmas can be a difficult time for many people. There is so much pressure to get along with family, buy presents and be merry. The reality often doesn't live up to the hype. Perhaps try journaling or have coffee with a friend.

I used to collect badges (pin and cloth) and stickers when I was a kid. I don't collect anything any more.

Yummy. Probably the same as store bought peanut butter. Is it oily on top? That should stop it from going mouldy.

Re: fibre. Do you think you are having too much because you are blocked up? If so, that could be the type of iron supplement you are taking. Look for something a bit gentler with vitamin C.
