I don't know - I couldn't find them. I used to date a DJ and he bought his headphones from a specialist shop to protect his ears when out on gigs. I'm saying it is a possibility.

There is a couple of cartoon beanies on https://forbiddenplanet.com/. I can't see a match though. It's probably from a similar store in your country. Try putting white headphones in to google images and see if you can find a match. If not add the keyword dj, because it could be an expensive one. Good luck.

Black and green tea are high in caffeine too. You could limit them to one a day before lunch. That's what I do, and yes caffeine does effect your sleep. Otherwise have herbal or decaf.

Go to a good sports footwear store and get advice. A cross-trainer might be a better option for Zumba and kickboxing. If you are only doing running, then a runner style will do.

I like a small tbone steak. I don't know why, I think it's because i don't have them very often. I say small because I struggle to eat a big one. I like it grilled with garlic butter.
