POKEMON GO got me running again plus its me and my kids bonding time walking catching pokemon lol
-
thank you all.
-
Thank you for the response. Reason I'm asking is I want to maximize workout time and I have to have structure for me to be consistent or else I would just not do anything but those response are helpful makes me see things on a different perspective.
-
yep for the 8 year in a row lol. But now I think I can be more consistent currently tweaking some stuff. I know if I give up food or drinks I take I will eventually give in so maybe i'll consume in moderation. No more all or nothing.

Do you walk with phone on the pocket?
-
i just ate 3 French toast with sausage. "THE DEVIL"
-
once a week every Friday morning before my morning coffee.
-
I tried it before. The benefits was awesome lost a lot although I gained it all back after plantar faciitis and knee and back pain plague me due to overtraining.
-
Thanks for your advice guys. I'll look into all of it and maybe mix them up so i don't get bored.
-
Will this interfere with my running?
-
Mainly, running however im aware that i need to work my core pretty much full body to reduce chances of injuries. I could probably stretch my gym time to 30 mins. What split wprkout can i do?
-
Stretch... and warm up. If 5min brisk walk is not enough do some more. Cold muscles tends to be more prone to injury.

shoulders and arms p90x

p90x3 is 30 minute workouts with great variety. It can be easy but it is definitely hard if you push yourself. Also what equipment do you have available? and what do you want to accomplish? Do you prefer cardio over weightlifting vice versa or a good balance of both?

Did 2.7 mile run this morning
-
That's cool. I'm 8404(FMF) and my advice to you if you want to go that route is train. You will be expected to hump 4,6,7,8 miles with light smll bag maybe no more than 20lbs and will go up to 65lbs gradually as you progress. Also you will be running on your boots and uts. So start training with them. keep in mind running…
-
Great job. Unless you're a Corpsman you don't need to worry about humping with heavy gear. It seems like you are doing good on your running and if you'd like follow the link below. It is also available for free download in the app store. http://www.navyfitness.org/fitness/noffs/

I know somebody that went to coma for 8 months after taking hydroxycut and working out. Please be careful.

up at 3:45 and ready to workout at 4am. I have a pull up bar and dumbbells at my garage or go for a run. And if i have a chance to head home early i do a quick 2 mile run in the evening. Then again I live in Hawaii no winter season here.

I have the fitbit surge upgraded from fitbit charge HR. I love it. flex counts your steps however Charge HR and surge both have wrist Heart rate monitors which are really good for steady state cardio not so much for weight lifting. Surge which is the expensive one also has GPS available and also counts your pace.
-
fitbit surge would be your best bet
-
in addition you could also try the 10 minute trainer exercises. They are not much to start with but you could always do more when you have more time.
-
i have garmin forerunner and fitbit HR i used to sync both of them without any problems however the calorie burn when you workout will double up.
-
p90x3 since it has mass/lean/classic schedule perfect fit for both of you.
