I started at around 26.5 I went down to 19. I am currently around 20.3 My goal is to be around 19.4 I know it's a bit low but honestly, I look better at 19.4 than I do now. Mostly because I have a wide frame so the extra weight makes me look wider around the shoulders.

I've found this helps me a lot. Also sugar free chewing gum. Distracting myself works too.

That's because it uses the MFP calorie level as a base and adds the calories burned on top. It doesn't calculate your base calorie burn. So regardless of whether you set your base level at 1,600 or 2,300 if you burn 500 calories while walking, that's what the iOS will add to it. :)

I'm 179 cm. so around 5'10.5? I weigh 134.5 lbs and I want to get it down to 130 so that I have a little buffer room in case I gain a bit of weight before reaching maintenance. Other than that, everyone around me thought 150lbs was a very good weight for me :)

Well, on the exercise part I do move around moderately throughout the day but not proper exercise. I've started slowly reintroducing dancing, though. I find distraction helps curb my over-eating habits, so does pre-planning. I always plan all my major meals a day before, leaving some extra wiggle calories aside. That way I can snack on things in between meals if I get hungry.

Well that explains a lot. I've been eating nothing but that toast as it fills me up and doesn't add much weight in calories.

For a large point in time I ate whatever I wanted, mostly junk food, and binge ate a lot. I stabilised at a BMI of 25-26. I got to dieting and exercising and lost weight but then lost control and started eating whatever I wanted all over again. Strangely enough, that time my weight stabilised at a BMI of 22.5.
