I agree! Whenever I do intense workouts I find I gain weight because of hunger. Walking seems to be helpful for me as well.

Great Tips. Thanks! I agree with cutting and preparing healthy things ahead as well as logging. I bought a journal. I like logging online, but then I tend to do 20 other things online, so it is better if I just jot it down.

I am not good at running either, and never liked it. But, I did my first 5K at my kids' school and it was very exiting. I have done 2 more since then. Sign up for one, and see if it changes how you feel! It is cheap and you can do it anywhere!

Hi! I feel the same. Three kids and running around...really nothing to look good for. Then, I went to a concert. I realized I looked awful. I am going to schedule something fun to try to look good for. Maybe that will motivate me...and maybe it will motivate you too!
