  • Its my understanding that in order to loose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. If you eat all of the calories you burned from your workout it seems kind of pointless. I myself try to stick with the daily goal of 1200 regardless of how many calories I burn.

I did ok with just tracking my calories and lost about 20 lbs ( no where near what I was hoping for) but I am trying to get back on track. My goal weight is to be 150-145, right now I am at 198.
