Consider treating yourself. Tell yourself if you hit your goals for the week then on Friday you can have a (small) slice.

I have days with 4-6 hours of calls and meetings, so some days it's tough. I'll take calls standing up, will take the long way to get a coffee or to the kitchen when grabbing my lunch.

If you go three weeks and have one off night don't hate yourself, jump back in the next day and you'll do fine!

There are a lot of low sugar choices, but I prefer to make them myself. There's a book, Power Hungry, which has a lot of recipes, for reference one of my favourites clocks in around 1g sugar (when you follow the recipe). She has quite a few recipes on her website too.
