When I was in high school, I would have a soda and a candy bar for breakfast almost every day. If I did that now I think I would pass out from a sugar high.

I am going to log the basics of major meals, but not weigh stuff on the scale and go ahead and overestimate, since my estimations on portions tends to be off anyway. I know I will go over calories, but I am going to eat what I want to and enjoy it, but I will try to watch the portion sizes.

I had this happen as well, and I hadn't even thought to attribute it to changing my diet. My problem is my salt craving means I want chips. Like I do right now.

It has taken me 35-40 lbs to go down two sizes (down from a 16 to a 12). I'm sure your body frame and height can affect those things as well. I'm having similar problems. I'm down to a 12 from 14/16, and I'm hoping to get down to an 8 or 10, so I'm hesitant to go buy a bunch of clothes that may not fit me in another six months. I think if it's just going down a size, clothes should be able to be tailored, but two sizes or more, you might as well donate.

Me neither. I have lost around 35 lbs, and I have gone down a size in underwear and down a band size and cup size in bras. That one made me happier than the underwear size.
